Today is World Social Work Day.  McKean County is blessed to have such diligent social workers who work with children and families.  They are critical to child abuse investigations and prosecutions.  The role they play in a child's life can mean the difference between safety for the child and risk of abuse.  They are our partners in child abuse prevention, awareness and prosecution.   On behalf of the McKean County District Attorney's Office and local law enforcement, I thank them for their work.  -  District Attorney Stephanie L.
