(MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania):  McKean County District Attorney  Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that on September 28, 2022, Detectives with the McKean County Drug Task Force transported a suspect who had been wanted for delivering cocaine in the city back from Buffalo.  Michael Lissmore, age 43, of Buffalo, had been wanted by the Task Force on charges related to drug delivery in the City of Bradford.

McKean County Drug Task Force Detective Kolin Strawcutter charged Lissmore with Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), a Felony, within the City on October 4, 2021. The complaint further charges Lissmore with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor) and Criminal Use of a Communication Device (Felony 3).

The arrest was part of an investigation into the sale of cocaine within the area.

A warrant was obtained earlier this year and Lissmore was located in Buffalo where he was taken into custody.  On September 28, 2022, the Drug Task Force took custody of him and transported him to McKean County.

He was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone who set his bail at $10,000 percentage.
