McKean County Drug Task Force K-9 handler Bob Rinfrette and his narcotic-detecting dog, “LG,” visited students at the Allegany-Limestone Central Schools 5th grade camp on June 9 and 10. “LG” visits area schools where he reminds children not to use drugs. Bob Rinfrette demonstrates how “LG” detects narcotics. “LG” is a good ambassador and the children are always very excited to see him. “LG” was joined by members of the NYS police, NYSP K-9 division, Allegany Police department, Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, Cattaraugus County Special Response Team, and The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
If your school or agency would like “LG” to visit or to report illegal drug activity in Pennsylvania, please contact the McKean County Drug Task Force at the District Attorney’s Office. (814) 887-3312.
