(MCKEAN COUNTY, PENNSLVANIA: MAY 14, 2025): District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that Pennsylvania State Police-Lewis Run have charged Garret Homell of Port Allegany with Aggravated Assault on a victim under the age of 6; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Simple Assault; Recklessly Endangering Another Person; and Harassment. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard Luther who set bail at $100,000. HOMELL was remanded to the McKean County Jail awaiting central court.
