On November 4, 2021, Trooper Robert Whyel of the Pennsylvania State Police Computer Crime Unit charged Gregory Fenstermaker of Bradford with hundreds of counts of Child Pornography as well as Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.  Fenstermaker was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone who scheduled a preliminary hearing for December 1, 2021.
