On 08/19/2022 at 2306 hours, officers were dispatched to 5 Kiwanis Ct for a report of a 20-person fight. While en-route officers were advised that an individual struck a male and a building with a vehicle and fled the scene. During investigation officers learned that there was an altercation outside of 5 Kiwanis CT and a physical fight ensued. At some point the suspect left the fight to get a vehicle and returned to the parking lot where he intentionally attempted to strike five individuals who were involved in the fight, one of the five individuals were struck with the vehicle causing him to go into the air and land on top of another vehicle, causing bodily injury requiring medical treatment. Officers learned the suspects name to be Joseph Andrew Weaver of Spencerport, NY. Officers were able to locate Weaver after the incident and took him into custody. Weaver was arraigned by Judge Cercone and remanded to the McKean County Jail. Bail was set at $150,000
