On July 21, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m., our officers responded to a call at 120 Seaward Avenue regarding a male individual who had entered a residence in violation of a Protection from Abuse Order.
The individual, a 30-year-old male, was found to have two outstanding arrest warrants for prior Protection Order Violations. This incident marked the third and subsequent violation of the same order. Our officers took the individual into custody without incident.
During a search, officers discovered the individual was in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales with methamphetamine residue.
The individual was arraigned on the PFA violations and drug charges and was remanded to McKean County Jail by Magistrate Engman. Hearings are scheduled in the matter.
