On 08-06-19 at approximately 1602 hrs, City of Bradford Police observed Timothy M. Shuster walking South on Congress St. Officers had knowledge that Shuster had an active McKean County Sheriffs Department bench warrant for absconding from Probation in relation to past charges of Resisting Arrest. Officers attempted to stop Shuster,  however he ran from Officers and a foot chase occurred. Officers were able to surround Shuster between Jefferson St. and Chestnut St. in a small wooded area. Shuster was found hiding in high vegetation and taken safely into custody. 

     Timothy M. Shuster has subsequently been charged accordingly for Misdemeanor Flight to Avoid Apprehension. Shuster is currently in McKean County Jail where he will await a court hearing on the bench warrant and new charges filed against him.
