On 02/18/2023 the City of Bradford Police Department arrested 32 yr old Justin Michael Schlopy on an arrest warrant for forcible rape and multiple other sex offenses against a 16 yr old female victim. The offense occurred between 10/29/22 and 10//30/22 at 17 South Center Street in Bradford. Schlopy was taken to Magistrate Cercone for arraignment and remanded to McKean County Jail on $50,000 cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
