On April 13th, 2021 at approximately 1108 hrs City of Bradford Police were dispatched for a disturbance at the rear parking lot of North West Savings Bank Main St. Upon arrival Officers found several individuals engaged in a heated verbal argument. Officers observed the defendant Karlie Ryan on scene and attempted to detain her as she had active Felony warrants for her arrest from Pennsylvania State Parole. The defendant ran from the Officers but she was apprehended. Upon apprehension the defendant resisted arrest. The defendant was then transported to BCPD where she was found to also possess a small amount of Controlled Substances and drug related paraphernalia. The defendant was arraigned by Judge William Todd of Smethport and remanded to McKean County Jail. Preliminary Hearings will be set on the matter.
