On 02-28-2020 at approximately 1525 hrs, City of Bradford Police arrested Daniel J. Roach at 46 1/2 North St. in Bradford on a Felony arrest warrant out of Oil City PA. The warrant was issued out of Oil City in relation to charges against Roach for Delivering Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance into a facility called Pathways Adolescent Center. The illegal substance was smuggled into the facility and given to minors. Bradford City Police took Roach into custody without incident.
