On 10/25/2020 the City of Bradford Police arrested Daniel J. Roach age 44 of Bradford for the following offenses related to the sexual assault of his biological child. Roach was charged with Statutory Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Incest of a minor, Solicitation of a minor to traffic drugs, Possession of a firearm by a minor, Indecent assault, Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to distribute, endangering the welfare of a child, and corruption of a minor. These offenses occurred over a 3 yr period from 2016 to 2019. 

     This arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation worked in conjunction with multiple other agencies. Magistrate William Todd of Smethport arraigned Daniel J. Roach and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $300,000 straight cash bail.
