On April 19th, 2022 at approximately 0159 hrs, City of Bradford Police responded to BRMC ER for an unruly male. Upon arrival Officers learned that the male had become combative with staff and struck a hospital security guard in the face. This incident caused disruption to the ER and caused staff to have to initiate the panic alarm summoning Police. The defendant Steven Mark Parsons was arrested on Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and summary harassment. Parsons was arraigned by District Magistrate Dominic Cercone and remanded to McKean County Jail on $4,000 bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
