On 11-16-19 at approximately 2158 hrs, City of Bradford Police responded to the area of Foreman St. and Bishop St. for a reported Robbery and assault. Police located an adult male victim that had significant facial injuries and was in need of Medical attention. The victims jaw was broken and he had difficulty communicating with the Officers. The victim was transported to BRMC ER for treatment via ambulance. Officers were able to interview a witness whom reported that two males Andrew Meadows and Dylan Dinch had assaulted the male victim and when the witness approached them Meadows was seen going through the victims pockets and then fled the area. The victim reports that he was missing $300.00 cash and a cell phone from his pockets. Both men have been apprehended, arraigned, and committed to McKean County Jail where they will await prelminary hearings.
