On December 14th, 2022 the defendant Dante Love Lockett was charged by the City of Bradford Police Department with false reports to law enforcement and misuse of the 911 communication system both Misdemeanor violations. Magistrate Cercone arraigned Lockett on these charges and he was released on $1000 unsecured bail. 

On January 9th, 2023 the defendant Dante Love Lockett was charged with Misdemeanor Harassment for sending threatening text messages to another. Magistrate Cercone arraigned Lockett and released him on $1000 unsecured bail. Preliminary hearings are set in matters.
