On 02/06/2020 officers responded to Bradford Regional Medical Center for an assault.  On arrival it was learned that Richard Lewis (45 yr old, W/M), pushed a female nurse while in the performance of her duties, on two separate occasions.  The second push was with such force that it caused the victim to fall against a wall and then onto a water fountain in the hallway causing injuries to the victim that include bleeding lacerations to the face, a laceration to the inside of the upper lip, and an abrasion/bruise to the knee.

Lewis was subsequently taken into custody for the assault.  Charges include Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault.  He was arraigned before Judge Engman and bail was set at $20,000 cash.  He was then remanded to McKean County Jail.
