On 08/30/2024 at 2106 hours officers were attempting to locate Vikki E. Lee at her home regarding an arrest warrant for failure to appear for a preliminary hearing of DUI charges. Officers did locate Lee at her home and while attempting to arrest her, Lee did kick an officer causing injury in the performance of his duty. Lee was soon thereafter apprehended and remanded to the McKean County Jail. A criminal complaint has been filed for her aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer.
