City of Bradford officers, while on a special detail, observed the defendant exit a vehicle on Park St and knew there was a warrant for his arrest.  The officer confirmed the warrant and placed the defendant under arrest.  The warrant was for Possessing instruments of a crime and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was taken before Magistrate Todd where his bail was revoked and he was remanded to McKean County Jail on an additional $15,000 bail.
