On 05/10/21 at approximately 1236 hrs City of Bradford Police Department responded to 117 Main St. Apt. 2B with Bradford City Fire and EMS for a reported cardiac arrest. Officers and EMS found an adult female Tammy Prosser in serious condition and there was evidence that she had been assaulted. Prosser was flown to a trauma center ECMC in Buffalo NY where she later succumbed to her injuries on 05/12/21.  Officers took her boyfriend Anthony Joe Fenton into custody and charged him with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Reckless Endangerment originally on the night of 05/10/21 when Prosser was still alive. Fenton was arraigned that night and remanded to McKean County Jail on $600,000 bail.  After Prosser's death a charge of Criminal Homicide was added to the complaint today 06/03/21 and a preliminary hearing was held today at Magistrate Cercone's Office. District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer presented the prosecution and all charges were bound over to the McKean County Court of Common Pleas. Bail was modified to NO bail now that Homicide was added to the criminal charges.
