On April 23rd, 2022 City of Bradford Police were investigating a vehicle complaint when Officers encountered Jessica Blood in front of her residence 23 Homestead Avenue as part of that investigation. Officers found Blood to be in possession for Crack Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and other narcotics along with paraphernalia. The drugs were determined to be packaged and possessed for sale, therefore Blood was charged accordingly with Possession of Controlled Substances with intent to Distribute (Felony). Blood was arraigned by Magistrate Engman and remanded to McKean County Jail on $50 k cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
