On 03/31/2020 Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 2 Bushnell Street, apartment 217.  On arrival officers knocked on the door and could hear a female yell for help.  Officers made contact with the occupants inside the apartment and learned that a physical domestic situation did occur and the male inside, Marvin Baskerville (B/M 52 yrs. old) would not allow the female inside to leave the residence. Officers then attempted to detain Baskerville and he resisted and had to be physically removed from the location. 

Baskerville was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, False Imprisonment and Criminal Mischief. He was then arraigned before Judge Cercone and bail was set at $25,000.  He was unable to post bail and was remanded to McKean County Jail.
