On 08/26/2018 at approximately 2216 hrs. Officers were dispatched to the area of 114 Pearl St for a report of a fight in the street involving a firearm. It was reported that the male that had the firearm had gone back inside 114 Pearl St.
Upon arrival officers went to 114 Pearl St. to speak to the male who was identified as Kenneth Noll. When Noll walked out of the house he had a Jimenez .22 caliber handgun in a holster on his right hip. He was then disarmed by officers.
While on scene officers spoke to Kenneth Noll along with Joseph Reed and Katrina Louk. While speak with those involved parties it was learned that a verbal altercation had taken place between Noll and his neighbors Reed and Louk. During this altercation which took place on the sidewalk in front of 114 Pearl St, Noll did have a firearm on his hip which he did pull out and point at both Reed and Louk.
Noll was taken into custody without further incident. He was subsequently arraigned before District Judge Luther.
